No cream: Nothing you can put on your face will touch scars. I'm sorry you weren't treated appropriately. A dermatologist can make them less visible using dermabrasion, lasers, fillers, or microsurgery. Good luck.

Choice of ways: Acne scars are difficult to treat, but they can be improved. There are a number of options: chemical peel, laser, fillers, subcision. But there isn't a cream that will really help the scars much. Best to see a dermatologist or plastic surgeon for an evaluation.
