A member asked:

Why is my memory so bad? what can i do?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

See a neurologist: See a neurologist or psychiatrist who can objectively test your memory, rule out medical causes and cross-refer to each other and to a neuropsychologist to help determine the cause and degree of loss. Once the cause is found, then it can be treated. You are young for untreatable memory loss. Low thyroid, vitamin deficiencies, alcohol/drug use, ms, lyme's are but a few of the conditions. Get help.
