It depends: 1. Be certain symptoms are caused by sibo. See health care provider, have hydrogen breath test (test does have limits too) if sibo documented and symptoms related--may warrant: 2. Course of antibiotic Rifaximin or neomycin if the Rifaximin is too expensive. 3. Improve bowel motility 4. Consider diet such as low fodmaps diet for ibs or, possibly, scd.
