What is the chances of a 46 yrs old in menopause getting pregnant.

Unfortunately : Unfortunately not very high. Statistics show that women over the age 45 have a low probability of pregnancy. Women that are over 45 and are also in menopause are even less likely. Pregnancy can be achieved using donor eggs for those still desiring to start a family.

None: If you are post menopausal then you can't get pregnant. If you are perimenopausal then it is possible, however unlikely. Given that you are 46 you are most likely in the later category. If you do get pregnant it will be high risk and require close supervision. I hope this helps.
