Menopause: Not being able to get pregnant can be caused by many issues with premature menopause being only one cause. Talk to your doctor.

Possibly: Menopause (early menopause) and premature ovarian failure can cause symptoms such as hot flashes, night sweats and vaginal dryness. If you are having regular menses you are not in menopause but may be "perimenopausal". Blood tests can be performed (fsh & Estradiol on day 3) to evaluate ovarian reserve. Poor reserve is one of many causes for decreased fertility. Follow up with your gyn or an rei.
