No & yes: By definition, menopause is the cessation of periods for one year. Without menstruation and ovulation, spontaneous pregnancy just cannot occur. However, technology is now allowing fertility doctors to assist older women- even those past menopause- get pregnant.

No: By definition, menopause is the point at which a woman stops ovulating. That is, the ovaries no longer produce eggs, and without eggs, there can be no conception.
