No: You can't really eat some other food to decrease the affect of another. If you eat a diet high in fat sodium and sugar and eat a lot of vegetables and fruit and whole grains on top of that you might be healthier because you are avoiding vitamin deficiencies but you don't neutralize the effects of the bad foods.
