Yummy: I love ice cream and that sound good to me as the cold will probably be helpful. However, since you are not a dentist and we can't see what's actually going on, you should have it checked out by a dentist in case it’s something else that needs treatment (especially if sweets or cold make it worse).

Wiggle a loose tooth: If it is a baby tooth, keep working on it. If not, it may be a cavity which should be evaluated by a dentist.

Degree of pain?: Degree of pain? Mild is normal for primary teeth falling out. Ice cream ok. If tooth looks inflammed (red.swollen) or if pain is marked, see dentist.
