A high elastic sport: A highly elastic sports bra, with crossover adjustable straps will help. Try to find a bra without wire, but a softer plastic, if you wear a normal bra. A common problem with large breasts!

Can affect breast: A sprain -depending on how strenuous-can involve several shoulder and adjacent chest muscles , upon which the breast lies. I am no expert in bras ! maybe one with no wire is preferable.
