Possibly : Retinal detachment is a serious condition. Get it treated, and the tilting of the head can be re-assessed afterwards.

Tilting head : At any age could be related to the child compensating for a visual deficit. It could also be due to other disorders such as a palsy or weakness of one of the extraocular muscles. Either way, the detachment should be fixed promptly otherwise the eye may become permanently blind.
