Im 38 weeks pregnant with baby number 3 and i am 2 cm dilated. when will it be likely for me to go into labor?

Unknown: Many women who have had several pregnancies will be dilated some near the end of pregnancy. Statistically 80% or more will deliver within a week of their due date. It's hard to know when your glands will decide to sent out the hormonal trigger to labor.
