Discuss: Talk to your surgeon. Hard wear could be causing the problem. May be it is not fixable, but your surgeon needs to review.

Talk to MD: It is possible that the nerves for your lower leg were stretched during the surgery and are taking time to recover. You should discuss this with your surgeon.
