Itching: Certainly a picture is helpful. However you may require more powerful medication then over-the-counter medications can provide. Consult your dermatologist or podiatrist for a proper history physical and evaluation of your problem.

Sure: A picture does help but it sounds like fungus. Try antifungals and see what happens.
