Her period came a week early and she had cramps leg pain and lower back pain for a couple hours then started spotting and soon the pain got so bad she couldn't walk at night she started having bad clots till now 2 days. she could be 1-4 weeks prego?

Pregnant?: Irrgular pains are not uncommon at age 14, but severe pain with irregular bleeding including clots if pregnancy is possible, could indicate pregnancy outside the uterus (ectopic). Obtain a serum HCG test ASAP, and if positive, see a gyn physician for an exam, as this kind of pregnancy needs immediate attention.
