A member asked:

Is there a condition where the muscles of a 25yr become rigid, tight and shrunken like someone 30 yrs older?

Drug effect : A drug reaction is the most likely explanation in your case. Serotonin syndrome may be present. Generally pediatric muscle diseases are inherited and show up at a younger age. If the muscles were normal and now aren't, it's an acquired problem. Rare muscular conditions can occur too. See your doctor to check out the sertraline first.
