A member asked:

Hi.tested for hiv 1/2/0 and p24 ag separately on 77th day= negative...they gave me an index of 0.449 for my p24.is that worrisome or just non reactive?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

HIV: There are several different products designed to measure the presence of p24 antigen and do not know what the parameters are since do not know what test was performed. The best measure would be to do an HIV RNA pcr, or your antibody titers will often be positive by now.
