Fine: You mean ' that liquid is adequate' means you have enough amniotic fluid which means good. If you have more of it or less of it is not good, may create some problems , so don't worry talk to your OB doctor for assurance

Liquor = Fluid: Liquor is is the way that some physicians refer to the amniotic fluid, the amniotic liquor. Adequate liquor means normal amniotic fluid. Congratulations on what sounds like a normal anatomy ultrasound!

Yes: Usually they are referring to amniotic fluid when they talk about "liquor" so adequate is okay.
