Multiple: perforations suggest advanced DIVERTICULOSIS and YES in my opinion, a COLONOSCOPY IS indicated! Hope this is helpful Dr Z

Would a CT Scan of the abdomen/pelvic show a colon tumor? Or are those not visible on a CT scan? Normal CT scan... not a virtual colonoscopy one.
