It depends.: I assume that you mean 3 weeks since fertilization or conception. We usually use weeks since the start of your last menstral period. Your doctor can usually see a viable pregnancy by ultrasound 6-7 weeks after the start of your last period. That would mean 1-2 weeks from now for you. Good luck.
