Probably not, but ..: Need more information. Please see your doctor about your breast thickening, and get a complete work up for that problem. Back pain has many causes, most benign. Once you have the breast situation diagnosed, then discuss further work up of the back pain. Good luck.

Sounds unrelated.: I am concerned about the breast thickening which should be evaluated by a doctor and ultrasound to make sure that it is not a solid breast mass. The upper back pain is less concerning since the MRI showed that it is not due to an abnormality of the spine (such as metastases - cancer which has spread from its primary location) and therefore is probably muscular.
