I am having an mri on my spine and another on my hips. would this pick up any breast issues as i also have a sore left breast and underarm.

Not unless they are: Looking there. You must have a lot of general pain for 35 to be getting MRI then also having soreness to arm and chest. Soreness is not a presenting sign for breast cancer so let them look at what they need to see. Good luck.

No: The MRI of your spine and hips will be very focused on those body parts. Your breast tissue will not even be included on the images. Your doctor may decide to do some other test(s) based on your symptoms and physical exam findings, but MRI is not the best choice.
