Please help! what is the most comfortable toe splint you can get for correcting toe alignment after surgery?

Comfort: Is dependent on the person wearing it. What works well for one may not for another. Are you referring to hammertoe surgery? Or bunion surgery? If bunions, darco makes a nice product called the great toe splint. For hammertoes, i usually bandage with coban for the patients for first 4 weeks, by then, they copy my technique if they want to continue strapping.
