4y/o has fever range 102-104 he is vomiting and can't keep tylenol (acetaminophen) down. any suggestions on how to treat the fever and his stomach bug?

Fever and vomiting: Have him sit in a warm tub for half an hour at a time. Give him electrolyte replacement gluids and you van get tylenol (acetaminophen) suppositories for fever control.
