Get evaluated soon: There are several things that it could be. Best to see a physician now. You could have appendicitis, a bladder infection, colitis, gastroenteritis to name a few. You might get better without treatment for some of these problems, but you will definitely need medical treatment in order to get well for others. Get evaluated by your family physician or go to an emergency room.
