None: Only treatment is prevention. Otherwise if you get the illness, only pushing fluids, tylenol (acetaminophen) prn.

Prevention: Mumps virus is reasonably preventable by receiving the proper doses of vaccine. This vaccine has decades of proven safety and efficacy.Keep in mind, it may be neccessary to boost your immune response with a booster dose in teens or adulthood. No good drugs exist to treat mumps virus.
