Exercise: If you are desirous of working on your health, institute a mediterranean diet or a vegetarian diet and get at least half an hour daily of aerobic exercise and three days a week of some weight work. Monitor your LDL and blood sugar and if your pressure rises to hypertensive levels on that program discuss BP therapy with your doc.
