EBV test: It indicates a history of ebv infection but likely not an acute infection. In the us, by age 5, about 50% of all americans have been infected with ebv, that increases to 90% by age 25.

Makes perfect sense: Igm antibodies rise only during the actual, acute infection. They then fade away and are replaced by the various igg antibodies, which are the ones that provide lifetime protection against the same strain of the virus. So your numbers are consistent with the fact you had mono years ago. There is no igm, and positive igg levels. So you are immune and do not currently have mono.
