One that: Avoids the herbs and supplements which are a waste of your money, can cause adverse side effects, and may interfere with real medication. To lose weight you need to eat less and exercise more. You don't need a "diet", you need a nutritional regimen you can follow the rest of your life. You need to burn off 3500 calories you don't eat in order to lose one pound. Supplements only thin your wallet.

Consider nutritarian: Good choice of herbs! the best "diet" for weight loss is one that you can follow permanently, not a crash diet. My favorite diet for both optimizing weight and maintaining good health is dr. Fuhrman's nutritarian diet- see http://www.Drfuhrman.Com/library/what-is-a-nutritarian-diet.Aspx and http://www.Drfuhrman.Com/library/foodpyramid.Aspx increased physical activity will also help.
