Vaginal odor: Foods or herbs are not known to affect vaginal odor. The main cause of strong vaginal odor is bacterial vaginosis, an overgrowth of mostly nomral vaginal bacteria. The odor often is fishy. Discharge, usually white/gray, may or may not be present as well. If this is a change for you, see your doctor for diagnosis and possible treatment.
