Possibly: The positive RNP can be seen in Mixed Connective Tissue Disease which can be associated with a positive ANA and skin rashes and hair loss. Discoid can be associated with abnormal blood tests also. If discoid lesions on the scalp can cause hair loss. Lupus also still needs to be considered. Protect yourself from the sun and see a rheumatologist
