Challenges: First off address the medical problem. Do you need rest, to lose weight, a brace, nsaid's, acupuncture, surgery? Take care of your physical needs. Use this care to help control pain. Work on accepting any limitations that your carpal tunnel may create and start looking for alternatives to behaviors that led to carpal tunnel. This is a challenge. Carpal tunnel : Use it as an opportunity to re-evaluate the way you are using your body, and especially upper extremity from your neck to your fingertips. Often cts is just part of an overriding issue of repetitive stress that involves everything from bad posture to overuse.
