Yes: It should be fine, but keep an eye on it. Over your lifetime, "birthmarks" can occur anywhere on your body and can be relatively benign. Unless there is irregularity, bleeding, or concerning features such as open wound, it usually isn't something to worry about. However, if you are worried, see your dermatologist or podiatrist for a biopsy. Hope this helps!
