No: Most people eat protein every day; even vegetarians. So it's not bad to eat it everyday. High creatinine can mean kidney problems and i would need to know what kind of acid is high in your blood? Also is this creatinine or creatine kinase; two different things. Creatine kinase comes from muscle and can be elevated by vigorous exercise. Muscle bruising, injections etc.

Can't avoid it: There is no way to totally avoid protein in your diet, and you wouldn't want to. If you have significant kidney disease your doctor may put limits on your total daily protein intake, but not stop it entirely. Check w/your doctor.
