Yes, but not likely: Urologists whose do cystoscopy often do not have lots of side effects or "damage" from doing cystoscopy or looking up the penis and into the bladder. Complications include: urine infection (<1%), scar tissue or stricture (<15) or blood in urine (common in almost everyone after procedure, self limited).
