It depends....: It depends why a young man has testosterone deficiency. There are certain pituitary conditions that lead to testosterone deficiency. Testicular varicose veins (varicocele) can also lead to low testosterone production. The idea is to find out where the problem lies before discussing which treatments are best. They all have their pros and cons.
