Too a large degree!: Most people diagnose themselves by seeing oil and fat in the toilet. The tests are fairly accurate, so I do not see it as a problem. It does not typically come and go, although severity might!

After a bowel movement I see a slight oil sheen/dots on the surface of the toilet water. I can't see it unless I use phone flashlight and I look at a sharp angle. Stool does not smell unusual/usually medium brown. Is this steatorrhea? Health anxiety?
