Keep looking: If you are in pain then something is going on. You need to find out exactly what is causing your ongoing pain. Could it be possible that your gallbladder or liver is sick? Symptoms like these deserve a full evaluation in person by your health care provider. Tests are not all perfect, if you are not getting better maybe you need to repeat the tests or get a different test done.

Gallbladder or liver: If your stools are indeed yellow, possible causes are gallbladder disease. Fatty yellow stools are a characteristic of a parasitic infection which is quite common - giardia - but i would not expect constant pain with giardia. Clay colored stools indicate insufficient bile, potential liver disease. Liver or bile duct disease can cause dark urine. See your doctor and ask about these possibilities.
