Is ovulation possible 1-2 days before expected period? if conception occurred, can a test show a result 2 days after ovulation?

No: Ovulation takes place about 10-14 days before your expected period. There can be some variation. But if you are truly having a period (and not abnormal bleeding) ovulation should not occur anywhere near 1-2 days before it.
