Probably not..: But you never know! Take a pregnancy test to be sure. Typically if you get a full period, even if it hurts more than normal, it's just a normal period. Some women will get the cramps like they're going to get their period and never bleed- this can be a sign of pregnancy. But if you bled like a normal period you likely are not. But one way to be sure!

Pregnancy: In the face of a normal period (length and quantity of bleeding), it is incredibly unlikely that you are pregnant. However, a pregnancy test will give a definitive answer.
