Can diet pills and fat burners lower your blood sugar?

Diets pills: I haven't really heard of any diet pills that work other than amphetamine conjurers, most of which are illegal in the usa, for a good reason. Others are stimulants, usually caffeine, which don't work well and tend to increase your bp.
