My advice: Write everything you eat and drink for anperiod of 3 days, make an appointment with a registered dietician and have her evaluate your present diet. Devise a plan along with her for a 1, 500 cal diet with carbohydrates being 30% of the total. Add 3 to 4 hrs of walking in a week. This is a life style change you dro it and you go back.
