What does r-r interval mean on heart monitor results?

ECG: The waves on an ECG are called p-waves qrs complex and t-waves. The r to r interval is the distance between the R waves in successive beats. The distance is evaluated to measure the heart rate and to evaluate how regular the rhythm is.
