Depends: There are several things to consider. What time of day was initial test done. Testosterone (t) is highest in the am and decreases throughout the day. Meds like opiod pain meds can decrease t and acute illness or sudden weight loss could also lead to this. However when meds stopped or illness resolved t will usually return to nl.

Too many variables: Don't know what tests were run or the results. Values vary from one day to the next and are only reliable in am. Also vary depending upon the lab. There are several types of testosterone tests. If concerned, repeat tests, talk w/your doctor, and even consider a second opinion.
