Huh?: Best treatment is to reduce antihypertensive or switch to another agent. Certainly need to make distinction between "dizzy" and sense of impending loss of consciousness with low bp. Very labile BP with unpredictable swings may . Require more advanced studies such as an ambulatory blood pressure monitor or directed monitoring.
