How fast was weaning: Given your cardiac conditions get checked asap. Also what was the reason for weaning off the clonazepam? If you were not on a high dose and it was helping then if it ain't broke why fix it? However if you were have problems with sedation, memory etc. Then perhaps the tapering schedule was too fast. Sometimes only lowering of the dose can be achieved and not total discontinuation.
