Is it possible for tonsils to come loose or come out on their own? mine don't look even at the bottom. coughing more from tonsil stone irritation.

Cannot happen: Tonsils come in all different sizes and shapes. Sometimes they are not symmetric. They cannot come loose. Ent surgeons sometimes have a difficult time getting them out. Tonsilolith can cause cough.
