No: Thrush is fungus which is typically not something we referred to as being coughed up in a ball. When we talk about thrush were talking about a coating on the tongue. This is not to say that you cannot have a fungal pneumonia but I doubt that's what you have to. Is far more likely that whatever you coughed up King from your sinus cavity or your lungs and is bacterial in nature

No...: Thrush is soft and will not be coughed up as a stone. Most likely a tonsilith or tonsillolith as they are known.
