I was taken to the hospital necause i jad a rapid heartbeat, and was diagnosed with anxiety attack. what causes this and how can i prevent this?

Stress: Underlying stress can cause anxiety, and often attacks as you had can occur. There are no magic pills or remedies, but there are some medications that can help if your anxiety becomes problematic. There are breathing techniques you could try, or yoga which can help. Check with your dr. To get some advice on stress reducing activities or medication if needed. Best wishes.
