Normal Prolactin?: Elevated prolactin inhibits t production. It also negatively impacts fertility and erections. The pituitary needs imaging. The prolactin value you list appears to be in the normal range. If this is post-treatment, then your low testosterone (t) should improve. As for t replacement, at your young age i would advise against it. Direct replacement will have a negative impact on your fertility.
