I have pain in my shoulders, it started in my left, now in right too. no injuries but i have had an hysterectomy could this cause it?

Unlikely but...: Depends on when hysterectomy was done and how it was done. If it was done very recently and you had laparoscopy, you can get referred pain to the shoulders. If it was done more than 1-2 weeks ago, then the hysterectomy should have nothing to do with your shoulder pain. Good luck.
