Unlikely but...: Depends on when hysterectomy was done and how it was done. If it was done very recently and you had laparoscopy, you can get referred pain to the shoulders. If it was done more than 1-2 weeks ago, then the hysterectomy should have nothing to do with your shoulder pain. Good luck.

No: Unless your hysterectomy was performed within the past week, shoulder complaints are unrelated to pelvic issues. You should be evaluated by your primary care physician who may want to refer you to a rheumatologist.
